How to generate Tech support logs for cisco UCS chassis and POD.

  1. Admin go to admin section of UCS manager cosole. On general Tab you will find the Create and download tech support option (as highlighted below).
     
  2. Just select ucsm if you want UCSM logs and click on browse to give the path to save the tech support file.
     
  3. Incase you want to download chassis logs you can click on chassis instead of ucsm. Here you will have to give the chassis number and select whether you want CIMC controller or IOM logs.
