How to create deployment in SCCM 2012

1. Go to Software Library-> software Update Groups.
   
2. Select the software update group that you want to deploy to device collection and click on deploy.
   
3. Give name to deployment and browser and provide the name of collection on which you want to deploy patches.
   
4. Select deployment type as required and detail level as success and error messages.
   
5. Give software available time for providing software to server and provide time of installation for installing patches. Select time zone to UTC for better understanding.
   
6. Make changes on next window as specified in below snapshot. Click on servers and workstations if you want to reboot servers manually and not want them automatically when required.
   
7. Click next and go to download settings tab and make settings as specified in below snapshot.
   
8. Click next and it will show summary, just it next and finish.
   Deployment is now created.
